In September 2005, I had severe sciatica pain. Once my physician suggested I start physical therapy, I started Pilates training with Zoe. Thanks to my Pilates training with Zoe, I have eliminated the muscle imbalances that probably caused my sciatica pain. In addition to eliminating my muscle imbalances, Pilates training with Zoe has significantly improved my flexibility. Since Zoe helped me eliminate my muscle imbalances and improve my flexibility, I do not expect any future sciatica pain. Thanks Zoe.
